COVID-19 Update for our Customers
As you are all aware there has been a lot of speculation in the news regarding the Coronavirus/COVID-19... its effects, symptoms and its treatment or quarantine procedures.
We have been putting a number of procedures in place at our Service Centre and showroom to safeguard you, our customers, along with us and our own families.
Firstly, we would ask that if you feel that you may have symptoms or been exposed to the Coronavirus in any way that you follow the NHS/WHO guidelines and to stay at home and not visit our Service Centre or Car Showroom
We are cleaning our surfaces including car interiors and anything else handled by our customers often with antibacterial sprays and we are washing our hands regularly in between customer's and have adopted a 'no hand shake policy’ so please do not take any offence.
We hope that you will join us in working together to create a safer environment for us all during these uncertain times and help us minimise the impact and risk that may be posed to the vulnerable.
With these measures in place, you will feel safe and unconcerned whilst visiting Horsham Car Centre, knowing that we are doing our upmost to keep us all protected as best we can.

SERVICE CENTRE POLICY
We would like to update our customers on how Horsham Car Centre Service is managing the outbreak of Covid-19.
The following safety measures have been put in place to reduce face to face meetings when bringing your car in for work.
- All instructions will be taken when the booking is made
- Drop key off just inside reception door
- Leave only 1 key
- All discussion to be made at a safe distance
- Customer waiting area is no longer in use
- Car key, door handle, steering wheel and gear knob will be cleaned
- Protective latex gloves and steering wheel covers will be used when driving and working on the vehicle
- On completion of the work you will be called to explain what work has been done, payment will be taken over the phone and a collection time agreed.
- Payment receipt and invoice will be placed with the key for collection in the same area that you dropped the key originally. We are not offering a collection service or drop of to town service at the moment.

24th March update
The Sales and Service department are now closed for a minimum of 3 weeks as per Government instructions.
